Returns
30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, email returns@navibaby.com.au with your order number, or submit a request through our Returns Portal.
Change-of-mind returns aren't available for sale items — this doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
